Do you feel that our service offering has fallen short of your expectations?

Our clients are our most valuable resource, and we value their opinions. We believe that our service levels are among the best in the Industry and we want to keep it that way, but we can never know where we need to improve if you don't tell us!

We encourage any suggestions or complaints to be submitted to us in writing. You may contact us at marketing@ambiton.co.za by email, 041 581 7174 by fax, or by simply completing the contact form on the right.

Submitting in this manner ensures that your concerns are received by the correct people, and that they are attended to in a timely fashion. Please be sure to include specific information relating to your concern in order for us to correctly identify and attend to your concerns.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you are entitled to refer it to the Office of the FAIS Ombud, at info@faisombud.co.za or telephone number 0860 324 766. The Ombud has been created to provide you with a redress mechanism for any inappropriate financial advice that you feel may have been given to you by a financial advisor.
